Vin stickers can be located in various different location around the vehicle, Main places they are found is on the windscreen/Dash board on the Passenger side of the vehicle in the United Kingdom (Left/ Wrong side if you are in the USA.

 

 Weight/ Towing Mass in on the B pillar door frame again on the passenger side. If you are unsure if its one of the main vin sticker refer to you logbook inside page 1  locate VIN Number  & compare it those you see.
